If I sign up for a discovery call am I locked in to signing up for one of the programs? 

No. Signing up for a discovery call is a way for us to get to know each other a little bit and to see if we are a good fit for each other. Changing your life, stepping out of your comfort zone and actualizing yourself is not easy work. It’s much easier to just sit on the couch and eat chips and watch a good show!  When you are daring to be vulnerable and open yourself up to something new its so incredibly important that you feel safe and trust the person you are going to be working with. 

What is depth coaching and how is it different from regular coaching? 

Coaching is a modality that focuses on the present and moving a person forward. Old memories and traumas may come up and be acknowledged but only in service to addressing the here and now and assessing how to move a person forward.  

Therapy is often a longer process and a deeper dive into long standing patterns that were most likely developed in childhood and have continued to influence the way you are living.   

Depth Coaching originates from the Jungian-based depth psychology style of therapy that incorporates dreams, archetypes, guided imagery, symbols and myths into the healing process. These tools are used to explore the unconscious complexes that are influencing individual patterns of behavior. In depth coaching we will use many of the same techniques but again focused and what may be getting in the way of you moving forward. It is a much deeper process than regular life coaching.  

Why use Astrology?  

The benefit of using astrology in my practice is that it provides another level of understanding. I have found astrology to be a very useful tool for discovering and understanding more about your self. Clients often feel a sense of relief when they find that their chart accurately identify strengths and challenges that have been constant themes in their lives. For instance, I had a client who often felt a lot of stress and limitation around her friendships. When we looked at her chart we noted the Planet Saturn in her house of relationships. Knowing that this planet is often associated with hard work, limitation and “duty”  we can begin to work with this energy in a more positive and conscious way.   

What happens if I would like to continue our work after a 6 or 9 month journey?

I welcome the opportunity to continue working with existing clients. After completing an offering, and prior to transitioning into the next level of work, there will be another discovery call to redefine your personal goals. After a 6 or 9 month journey, I am happy to discuss next options.
